BACK ORDERS
Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock while we are processing your
order. In this event, you will receive an email after placing your order notifying
you of a delay. If you have other digital items within your order, they will not
be shipped until all items are back in stock, so that everything may ship at once.
If you have other digital items within your order, you will be able to download
them once you have completed your order, or you can download at a later time within
the My Account
section of the site. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly
as possible. When your order is in this status, you can cancel your order (or
part thereof) at any time by calling 1-888-367-1319. Operators are available Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST and Saturday from 9am-6pm EST.
PRE-ORDERS
If you have pre-ordered an item and it is not in stock at the announced release
date, unless otherwise indicated, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order
Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will
be canceled within 24 hours.
Please Note: When you order a pre-ordered item, you will not be charged until
your order ships. When you order a pre-ordered item with an available digital
item, you will only be charged for the digital item you had purchased.

How do I check the status of my order?

of the KIDZBOPShop.com site. After you login, you can reference the "MY ORDERS"
box for the status of all orders placed.

Can I cancel my order?
All digital orders are final. You cannot cancel a digital order once it
is placed.
You can cancel any non-digital order online, but ONLY if it has not
started processing. To do so, click on the My
Account link on the bottom of the KIDZBOPShop.com site. After you login,
you will see the "MY ORDERS" box. Click on the order # you wish to cancel &
then click the "Cancel" button. Note: If you wish to cancel an order that is
in progress, please call a KIDZBOPShop.com customer representative at 1-888-367-1319,

All digital orders are final. We do not issue refunds for any digital orders.
We do allow you to return non-digital orders. If, for any reason, you are not

the physical goods within 30 days of ordering, for a full refund or replacement
(excluding shipping & handling and return postage). You must include a
